- Notes relating to applications, interviews, or placements
- Employment data: proof of right to work details, bank details, tax code, emergency contact detail, NI number, timesheets.
- We only collect data relevant to finding you legal work opportunities.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used for the following purposes:
- Assessing your suitability for paralegal or graduate roles
- Presenting you to potential employers
- Arranging interviews and job opportunities
- Providing mentoring, coaching, and placement support
- To set up payroll
- Contacting you about suitable roles and career development
- We will never sell your data or share it with anyone outside our placement and mentoring processes.
3. Lawful Basis for Processing
We process your data under:
- Legitimate interest (helping you secure legal work), and
- Consent when you choose to submit your details or CV to us.
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
We will store your data for two years from the date of submission to support you in securing a legal placement.
After two years, we will contact you for consent if we wish to retain your data for longer.
If consent is not given, your data will be securely deleted.
If we have placed you in a law firm or other company as a worker, we will retain your data for 6 years from the date of placement.

When you complete our Client Contact Form, we may collect:

- Project or assignment details
- Required duration (short-term or long-term)
- Additional information you choose to provide relevant to the assignment.

- Review your staffing and project requirements
- Match your needs with suitable graduates and paralegals
- Prepare and send a tailored shortlist of candidates
- Communicate with you regarding your enquiry
- Manage placements and follow-up discussions
We never sell your data or use it for unrelated purposes.

We retain employer enquiry data for 2 years
